Day Plan

Day 1 - ARRIVAL AT DEHRADUN

Dehradun is our main base for the Heli-tours. It is the starting & ending point.
There will be pick-up from Dehradun Airport/railway station/bus stand. Please note,
arrival details must be provided at the time of booking. Please try to reach Dehradun by 02:00 pm, or earlier, so that you are completely ready to start Chardham journey the next day early morning. In the evening, our team will be doing the tour briefing & carry only necessary things on the trip – Up to 5 kg/person will be permitted. Overnight stay in Dehradun.

Day 2 - SAHASTRADHARA TO YAMUNOTRI

This is starting day of the Chardham yatra. Check-out early morning from the hotel at 05:00 am. for Sahastradhara Helidrome. where there would be meet and greet by our representative. Reach and settle in the hotel, which is at a walking distance from the helipad. After breakfast, proceed for Yamunotri Darshan. Approximate time taken for Yamunotri Temple Darshan is 05hrs 30mins (round-trip). Yamunotri trek is 06 km one-way. Sightseeing at Kharsali: Hot Spring at Yamunotri Temple, Yamuna Mata Temple, Shani Temple. Overnight stay in Kharsali.

Day 3 - YAMUNOTRI TO GANGOTRI

Early check-out by 0530 hrs. Departure from Kharsali will be at 0630
hrs, & the estimated time of arrival at Harshil/Jhalla will be 0700 hrs. . After landing at Jhalla, proceed for Harsil village & checked-in the hotel. Harshil– The second destination of our tour, also known for the extensive apple orchards there, is the most scenic and beautiful destination of this tour. We leave for Gangotri Dham darshan after breakfast. Approximate Time taken for Gangotri Temple Darshan: 3hrs 30 mins (round-trip). The road distance to Gangotri temple is approx. 25 km, which is roughly a 50-minute drive. Sightseeing at Harsil: Harsil has many places & nature walks around to explore. Get ready to explore any of the following: Bagodi Village walk / Short trek to Chholmi village / Nature walk fromJhalla / Shiv Temple in
Harshil. Overnigt stay in Harshil.

Day 4 - GANGOTRI TO SERSI

Early morning checked-out by 0600 hrs. Arrival at Sersi will be by 0730 hrs.
You will be ferried to Kedarnath Dham for darshan in a shuttle services
flight, after the breakfast. Approximate time taken for Kedarnath Temple
Darshan: 02 hours. The shuttle services flight Sersi to Kedarnath is apporx. 07
minutes long. Sightseeing at Sersi:Triyuginarayan Temple – It is the venue of the
celestial marriage of Lord Shiva & Goddess Parvati, or Gaurikund. Overnight stay
in Sersi.

Day 5 - SERSI TO BADRINATH

Early breakfast by 0700 hrs at Sersi & be ready for flight to Badrinath by 0800 hrs. In the afternoon after lunch, you will be taken for darshan to Badrinath temple . Approximate time taken for Badrinath Temple Darshan:Approx. 01-1.5 Hrs is taken to have darshan at the Badrinath Temple. Get transferred from Hotel to the temple by car. Sightseeing at Badrinath: Mana Village – Known as the ‘Last village of India’, due to its proximity to the China border. Evening Aarti at Badrinath Temple Swaran/Chandi Aarti (on additional payment basis directly at Badrinath). Overnight stay in Badrinath.

Day 6 - BADRINATH TO SAHASTRADHARA(DEHRADUN)

If you have booked Maha Abhishek Puja, then be ready early
morning by 0330 hrs. Pujashall take place from 0430 hrs to 0630 hrs. Badrinath ji
hotel check-out timeis 0730 hrs. Estimated time of arrival will be 0930 hrs at
Sahastradhara. On arrival, our team will be present for a warm welcome.
Later, proceed for Dehradun hotel to collect the luggage from cloak rooms, and then to airport/railway station. In case you would like to spend an additional night at Dehradun, the same must be informed to us at the time of booking. After the final transfer, depart with sweet memories.

  • Hotel / camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company is not responsible for any ID proof related issues.

  • Many small hotels / resorts do not have lift so kindly inform us in advance if you are not comfortable with stairs.

  • As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. valid identifications documents are: Adhar Card, Passport & Visa, Voters Id card, Current Driver’s License. All the documents must include a photograph.

  • For extra adult many hotels provide extra beds. Kindly inform us in advance.

  • It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have certain kind of allergy (especially for food) or any serious health issues kindly inform us in advance.

  • Many hotels charge extra for hot water,room heater or Wi-Fi. Normal package does not include this so in that case these charges should be paid at hotels.

  • Hotel check in time and checkout time as per hotel policy.

  • Due to any reason if Vehicle breaksdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.

  • We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of vehicle, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.

  • AC will not work in all hill areas

  • Driver will not drive on No Entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jam. Normal working hours of driver is 12 hrs in case you want services more than 12 hours in a day, kindly inform us in advance.

  • In some hilly area, driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate.

  • Pick up and drop point will be one only.

  • In case you want multiple visit to the some particular place kindly mention in advance because they may have very high charges of parking.

  • Tour destination / route cannot change without prior notice

  • Sometime vehicle parking area is little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.

  • No refund for short stay or un-availed facilities

  • No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, road blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
